What do I need?

An iPhone with iOS 26 or later and a paired Apple Watch with watchOS 11 or later. You can try the demo day on iPhone first.

How do I start recording?

Open Wristling on your watch and tap the screen to start. Swipe up for controls (mark, pause); press and hold for 1 second to stop.

What if recording gets interrupted?

After calls, alarms or Siri, Wristling resumes on its own. If it can't, it taps your wrist and the eyes on the watch turn red.

How do recordings reach my iPhone?

In 5-minute segments, automatically when your phone is nearby. The watch deletes a segment only after the iPhone confirms it.

How do I turn on AI?

Go to Me → AI and add a provider: the on-device model (no key, offline, needs Apple Intelligence) or your own key for Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek and others.

Are my recordings uploaded?

No. Audio stays on your watch and iPhone, and transcription runs on the iPhone. Only if you set up a cloud AI provider is the needed text sent directly to it. See the privacy policy.

How do I export or delete data?

Me → Storage lets you export any day as a ZIP and set how long audio is kept. Delete any segment from its quote card, or delete the app to remove everything.
